The brake pad handling system robot uses advanced 3D industrial cameras to achieve random grasping of materials, and then places the brake pads in an orderly manner based on the pre-set precise position and direction information. Meanwhile, based on the feedback from the position encoder on the powder-coated conveyor belt, the material sorting work was carried out meticulously to ensure that the brake pads were evenly arranged on the conveyor belt and passed through the powder-coated equipment in sequence.
This robot has a high overall operating efficiency, capable of processing no less than 55 brake pads per minute, and occupies only about 5 square meters. It has the advantages of outstanding efficiency, low cost, and no need for frequent maintenance.
Looking ahead, the company plans to manufacture more of these multi-functional robots, integrating cutting-edge technologies from multiple fields to provide diverse services for various industries. Moreover, as artificial intelligence continues to develop, robots will also keep upgrading, becoming more intelligent and further enhancing their degree of automation, thus being able to handle more complex and challenging tasks.
